Batman is in full battle gear to dismantle the remaining criminal mob that plague the Gotham streets, through the help of Lt. Jim Gordon and DA Harvey Dent.Though the alliance proved to be effective, they would soon find themselves vulnerable to the evil criminal mastermind known as The Joker. The eerie green, the laughter and immorality terrorizes the whole city by its sheer presence. Batman’s struggle for justice and peace becomes more personal and forces him to question his self, and his belief and to improve on the technology he uses in his crime fighting crusade.
